I am a trauma-informed, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga teacher based in Putney, London. Through the healing powers of yoga, I aspire to help others reconnect with themselves and the world around them, creating balance and harmony on their mats, in their nervous systems, and in their lives.
Coming from a dance background, I have always loved the experience of moving and occasionally dabbled in yoga, but never took it seriously.
Following gallbladder removal surgery in 2017, I felt out of touch with my body and decided to give yoga another chance. After my first class, I was hooked. I was healing and getting stronger- physically and mentally. That one class quickly turned into a life long practice.
Within in a couple of years, I was ready to give up my soul-crushing desk job and embark on my yoga teacher training with the House of Yoga. Throughout the program I found new ways of experiencing life. I found that yoga above anything else provides me with the freedom to be myself in each moment. Yoga has taught me to challenge myself to become the best version of who I truly am.
Through my teaching I aim to spread these benefits to others and empower people to find their authentic self.
